A small cloudberry plant pushing through snow and ice on the Varanger plateau, around two centimetres tall. It took many attempts to get it sharp in the wind. Look closely at the base and you can just make out individual ice crystals.

On aluminium: the contrast between the plant and the ice is the whole image, and it holds cleanly on a matt metal surface.

On fine art paper: the fine detail in the plant and the clean blue background sit well on archival rag paper.

All sizes refer to the image itself. Norwegian and international framed prints differ in mounting and finished size. Please see Print Information before ordering.
